RADAR SULAWESI – The Government of the Republic of Indonesia, through Regulation of the Minister of Immigration and Corrections of the Republic of Indonesia Number 10 of 2026 concerning the Addition of the List of Countries, Special Administrative Regions of a Country, and Certain Entities Granted Visa-Free Visit Facilities, has added six countries and territories to the list of those eligible for Visa-Free Visit (BVK) facilities to Indonesia. The regulation was stipulated in Jakarta on July 7, 2026.
The six countries and territories are the Republic of Türkiye, the Federative Republic of Brazil, the Republic of Peru, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Macao Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China, and the Republic of Belarus. This addition is part of the Indonesian Government’s immigration policy to facilitate visits by foreign nationals from designated countries and territories.
With the provision of Visa-Free Visit facilities, visits by nationals of these six countries and territories are expected to become more convenient and support increased international mobility to Indonesia. This policy also represents an effort to strengthen Indonesia’s relations with the relevant countries and territory, including in the fields of tourism, economy, and international cooperation.
Although granted Visa-Free Visit facilities, all foreign nationals are still required to comply with the applicable immigration requirements and regulations in Indonesia.
